Calendar and downloads 2026 / 2027
The Ghanaian school year runs in three terms, September to July, with vacations in between. Every date the school controls is below; dates set by the GES are marked as such.

Three terms, not two semesters. Each ends with examinations and a report collected in person.

The longest term. New classes settle, Basic 6 begins its transition programme, and the year's first reports go home in December.

Notes on these dates
- Term dates follow the Ghana Education Service academic calendar. Where GES revises a date, we follow it and write to parents.
- Public holidays that fall on a weekday are observed and the school is closed.
- Reports are collected in person on the last day of each term, at the parent–teacher meeting. A second collection window opens on the following Monday morning for parents who cannot attend.

We admit at the start of any term where a place exists, and occasionally mid-term for families relocating. Tell us when you need to start.
